Shipping & Returns


Our flat fee shipping tracked courier cost nationwide, within NZ is $5.64. Rural packages are sent through NZ POST. 

We will try our best to have your parcel couriered to you within 1-3 working days from received payment, unless you are advised otherwise due to delays. Orders paid by cheque will be posted direct to you after payment has cleared.

Occasionally, we may be unable to supply a product or there may be a delay on a particular order. We will email you if any of these problems arise, as we sometimes carry limited quantities of certain stock. If we have run out of a product at the time of ordering we will back order and advise you of an approximate delivery time.

We offer a full money-back guarantee on all goods returned in sale-able condition within 30 days. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your goods don't reach you in perfect condition, please notify us as soon as it is convenient. If the error is ours, the return postage is at our cost too, but please advise of the problem first so that we may decide how best to deal with it. We will replace or reimburse you for unsatisfactory goods.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You can expect your order to arrive quickly and in great condition.
We accept full responsibility for losses or breakages in transit within New Zealand.

The delivery cost of all international orders is calculated according to the weight of the products you order. The cost of delivery will be clearly displayed for your approval during the checkout process - prior to finalising your order. If an order is urgent you are encouraged to email us before you order, advising the date it is needed by. We will contact you promptly to tell you whether or not we expect to be able to get it there by that date. We will give you our honest opinion but will not take responsibility for orders not arriving by required dates.

Postal shipping times extend out at Christmas time so we recommend ordering Christmas gifts by the end of November. Because shipping times are beyond our control, we take no responsibility for shipping times to any country.

We use standard International Air postage for all international orders. 

The target delivery times are as follows:
• Australia (Zone A) -- 4-8 days
• South Pacific (Zone B) -- 9-12 days
• East Asia and Northern America (Zone C) -- 9-12 days
• UK and Europe (Zone D) -- 9-12 days
• Rest of world (Zone E) -- 9-12 days

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied to the purchaser or recipient once the package reaches the destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict which customers or shipments will be subject to the charges. We therefore accept no responsibility for any duties or taxes charged and we will not alter our documentation in order to defraud these agencies. Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. It's entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country.
Bee Kind Ltd accepts no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. Likewise any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control.
We accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.

Occasionally a product which you order may be out of stock. In this case we'll contact you promptly with an ETA. We only charge for goods that are available, and only at the time they're sent.
